‘Maggie’s Evening Menu has them queuing in the streets’
MAGGIE’S WILL BE OPEN daily at 1:30pm until late into the evening. From 2009, it has been decided that Maggie’s will give customers a service offering even more “value for money” than before. There will now be an abbreviated menu, supported by a “daily specials” board, offering satisfying, one-plate bistro dishes of international flavour at budget prices. There will be the ever popular selection fresh rolls & jacket potatoes, burgers, salads and other light meals - nothing too strenuous, leaving your taste-buds suitably stimulated for the evening extravaganza.
MAGGIE’S EVENING MENU has them queuing in the streets, so make sure that you are in early! Old ‘show stoppers’ like 20oz ‘T’ -bone steaks and homemade pies will still be available, but the additional bistro specials will offer a consistent variety of the best available produce, cooked to order.
For those that know and those that don’t…there is Maggie’s Famous Fish & Chips, the likes of which you will have rarely encountered!! If you are up to the challenge, then try the ‘Big One’. When your friends see the size of the plate, they will forgive you for not finishing - of course, some people do!
Afterwards, if you still have room, there is a mouth-watering array of freshly made cakes and desserts.
